WHERE WE ARE

The village of Kilchoan is located on the southern shore of the beautiful Ardnamurchan peninsula – which at its tip is the UK’s most westerly point, making Kilchoan the westernmost village on the UK mainland.

Kilchoan is a small village located along the rugged Sound of Mull coastline. Ideally located for access to the Calmac ferry which operates the 35 minute sailing across the Sound of Mull between Kilchoan and Tobermory.

The stunning and unspoilt white sandy beaches on the north of the peninsula feature crystal clear blue waters. They are one of the area’s great attractions and offer a relaxing, calm place to spend time and enjoy the fresh air away from the hassle and bustle of everyday life.

A 20-minute drive from the hotel is the magical Sanna Beach, the most pristine of the beaches near to the hotel. Sanna Bay is a West Highland gem: the beach, usually fairly deserted, is about 500 yards long, separating the ancient clachans of Sanna and Portuairk. A must-see attraction.
